Interdisciplinary and intercultural cooperation stays a big challenge. We want to overcome that problem in future. With Internet of things i.e. virtual reality new possibilities exist to connect people. Adapting management approaches, especially project management methods and cooperation models to the new technologies is one of the main areas we are consulting and researching in.
Virtual reality allows improved interfaces to increase the efficiency of workers through a better understanding of current processes. In combination with our planned 2und2 research project with German and Canadian SMEs and universities as partners our aim is to optimize the supply chain on a new level.
